Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location:
- Standard Shipping (Australia): $10
- Express Shipping (Australia): $15
- International Shipping: $25
Please note: delivery delays can occasionally occur due to postal service or customs processing, which are outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Your order may be subject to customs fees or import taxes in your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
All orders over $150 will include free standard shipping
